Membership

We offer membership designed to connect TJHSST alumni with opportunities to invest in TJ founders.

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 or older and meet at least one of the following:

  • Attended or graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST)
  • Parent, child, or sibling of a TJ alumnus, including through marriage (e.g., step-parent or step-child)
  • Married to a TJ alumnus
  • Approved by the Board of Directors

All members must support the mission of TJ Angels and follow our Membership Policy and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

What Membership Includes

Paid members receive the following benefits:

  • Email Updates: News about TJ Angels, events, and opportunities
  • Member Community: Access to the TJ Angels community
  • Deal Information: Access to TJ Angels investment opportunities
  • Committee Participation: Option to serve on committees and subcommittees

Membership Fees

$50
For our first year

For 2026–2027, we're inviting you to join at our "Founding Membership" rate to help launch the community platform, fund our first events, and build the foundation for alumni investing together.

Membership Duration

Membership is valid for one (1) year and is renewable subject to compliance with the Membership Policy.

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to adhere to the following standards:

  • Ethical Standards: Act with integrity, respect, and professionalism in all dealings
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and investment opportunities
  • Non-Solicitation: Do not solicit other members for outside investment opportunities without prior consent
